Avoca Rental Policies: 

Avoca is available for rental year round for weddings/receptions as well as private parties and corporate functions. Rentals include museum first floor, office building, grounds, antique log cabin and Arboretum.  See Wedding Photos

Avoca Rental Packages

I. Weekday Rentals: * 
8:00am - 5:00pm
Grounds & Office - $125.00
1st Floor Museum & Grounds - $150
 
II. Weekends and Evenings: * 
1st floor Museum, grounds, office, cabin, entire day -- $645.00
November 1 – March 31-- $545.00
Grounds & Office  - $200.00
(Nov. 1 – March 31-- $150.00)
8 six foot tables and 48 chairs available for $50.00
 
III. Weekends and Evenings: * 
4 Hour Museum Rental $250.00
$50.00 each additional hour.
(Nov. 1 – March 31 - $200.00)
 
IV. Grounds Only: * 
5 Hour 1st floor Museum, grounds nights/weekends - $300.00
$50.00 additional per hour.
(Nov. 1 - March 31- $250.00)
V. Memorial Services (Grounds and office)  -  3 Hours for $75.00
Tables and up to 48 chairs set up for $50.00.

Wedding Packages:

  1. Site Only: $595.00 Includes all day, entire site, 8 6’ tables, 45 chairs

  2. Package: Call for details. Example: 100 guests at $7,173.00. Incl. Tent, Caterer, Site Facilitator, tables, tablecloths, centerpiece & table flowers, chairs, cake table, register stand.

Facility Rental Terms and Conditions

Avoca rental time is inclusive of set and clean up. $50.00 will be charged for each hour beyond the scheduled time. 

Weddings and Wedding Receptions may serve champagne, beer, wine, and wine punch. Alcoholic beverages are allowed.
