Avoca Rental Policies:

Avoca is available for rental year round for weddings/receptions as well as private parties and corporate functions. Rentals include museum first floor, office building, grounds, antique log cabin and Arboretum. See Wedding Photos

Avoca Rental Packages

I. Weekday Rentals: *
8:00am - 5:00pm
$135.00

II. Weekends and Evenings: *
Up to 4 hours $300.00
(Nov 1 - Mar 31 - $200)

III. Weekends and Evenings: *
All Day Rental $550.00
(Nov 1 - Mar 31 - $400)

IV. Grounds Only: *
Weekday $125.00
Weekend $250.00

Facility Rental Terms and Conditions

Avoca rental time is inclusive of set and clean up. $50.00 will be charged for each hour beyond the scheduled time.

Weddings and Wedding Receptions may serve champagne, beer, wine, and wine punch. All other alcoholic beverages may be permitted with prior approval of the Director.
