With a dedicated log cabin for the groom and groomsmen, a spacious lawn, and flexible indoor options, we cater to ceremonies and receptions of up to 120 guests. PACKAGES & PRICING
We offer three comprehensive wedding packages tailored to meet your needs: Basic, Deluxe, and Ultimate. Each package includes a 2-hour rehearsal dinner, a 10-hour wedding day (ending by 11:00 pm), bridal and groom suites, climate-controlled restrooms, a patio for dancing, a DJ stand, handicap accessibility, and an on-site facilitator.
Basic Package
Our Basic Package is designed to provide you with all the essential elements for a beautiful wedding at Avoca. Enjoy a 2-hour rehearsal dinner the day before your wedding, a 10-hour wedding day experience, and access to the bridal suite in the mansion. The groom and groomsmen have their own dedicated suite in the cozy cabin. You'll have access to a patio that can be transformed into a dance floor, and a DJ stand. We prioritize accessibility, ensuring a handicap-friendly environment. Our on-site facilitator will be there to assist you throughout your special day.
Deluxe Package
Elevate your wedding experience with our Deluxe Package, offering additional amenities to enhance your celebration at Avoca. In addition to the features included in the Basic Package, you'll have the convenience of up to 100 chairs for the ceremony and various tables for your reception (including rectangular, round, small card tables, and bar-height cocktail tables). Our dedicated team will take care of the setup and breakdown of tables and chairs, as well as the post-wedding cleanup, allowing you to focus on creating memories with your loved ones.
Ultimate Package
For an extravagant and truly memorable wedding, our Ultimate Package presents an all-inclusive experience at Avoca. Alongside the features provided in the Deluxe Package, you'll have access to up to 130 chairs for your ceremony, an open 30x60 tent with lighting, and the convenience of an extended range of tables. Our team will handle the setup and breakdown of all tables and chairs, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience. With the Ultimate Package, you can indulge in the grandeur of Avoca while creating lasting memories with your guests.
