ARTIFACT DONATIONS

Preserve the Past. Share Your Story.

At Avoca Museum, preservation is about more than safeguarding objects — it is about honoring the people and stories that shaped our community. Through thoughtful stewardship and interpretation, we work to connect the past to the present and create meaningful learning experiences for visitors of all ages.

We are deeply grateful to those who choose to share pieces of their personal and family history with us. Donating an artifact is an act of generosity, and we recognize the trust and care involved in placing meaningful objects into our stewardship.

These contributions play a vital role in our mission. Items shared by individuals, families, and organizations help us tell a more complete and inclusive story of life in our region, from everyday routines to significant historical moments. Through exhibitions, educational programming, and living history experiences, donated artifacts allow these stories to be preserved and shared with the wider community.

By donating an artifact to Avoca Museum, you are helping ensure that local history is protected, interpreted, and appreciated for generations to come — and we thank you for your generosity and support.
