$75 Fee | 1,000+ expected attendees

Featured Vendor Opportunity

A limited number of vendors will be selected to participate as Featured Vendors for this event.

Featured Vendors receive enhanced visibility through a dedicated promotional post on Avoca Museum’s Facebook page, along with the opportunity to request a preferred vendor location on the event map, subject to final approval by Avoca to ensure a balanced and cohesive layout.

Participation as a Featured Vendor requires an additional $50 upgrade. Availability is limited, and selection is based on event needs, layout considerations, and overall vendor mix.

All other vendors will receive standard placement assigned by event staff and are encouraged to promote the event through their own platforms.

For Mother’s Day Tea at Avoca, we are curating a small selection of vendors whose offerings appeal to mothers and families. The event is on May 10th from 1-4 pm. Please indicate your interest in the description section if you would like additional details.
