1. The Vendor agrees to sell merchandise and provide services under this agreement at Avoca Museum’s 26th Annual Harvest Festival located at 1514 Main Street, Altavista, Virginia, between the hours of 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM on September 6, 2025. 2. Avoca Museum cannot be held responsible for damage or injury to your merchandise or person. 3. The property will open at 8 AM for vendor setup. Vehicles are allowed on the lawn for unloading purposes only from 8 AM to 11:15 AM. Setup using vehicles must be complete by 11:15 AM. 4. Booths may only be disassembled after 6 PM. For safety, all festival patrons must clear the property before vehicles are allowed on the lawn for loading purposes. The Vendor may walk items to the vendor parking area before all festival patrons are cleared starting at 6 PM. 5. The vendor fee is $50 per booth. This fee is non-refundable. The Vendor will receive two tasting tickets and souvenir glasses. 6. The booth dimensions are 10’ x 10’. Avoca Museum may be able to provide access to electricity. Vendors with a 10’ x 20’ booth must purchase two vendor fees. 7. The event will occur on September 6th rain or shine. If thunderstorms occur, the event will be moved to a backup indoor location.
